Return & Exchange Policy

At Velvet Vibe, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate wear products, including:

  • Bras
  • Panties
  • Lingerie
  • Shapewear
  • Nightwear
  • Other intimate garments

Returns will only be considered if you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be in its original condition.

Items that show signs of use, washing, damage caused after delivery, or missing tags may not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or washed intimate wear
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
  • We are unable to provide a suitable replacement for a damaged or incorrect item.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible, or another agreed method, within 7–14 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Velvet Vibe will cover the exchange shipping costs.
  • If an exchange is approved for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
